Viora Wine respects your rights as a customer. You have the full right to inspect your products before signing without any pressure from the delivery staff: • Ask the delivery person to wait while you inspect • Open the carton box to directly examine the products • Take photos if needed as documentation • Refuse delivery if an issue is found and contact Viora Wine immediately
When receiving your order, carefully check the following: • Packaging & seal: carton box not dented or crushed, security seal intact • Correct product: verify the name, brand, and volume match your order • Correct quantity: count all bottles/units as per order confirmation • Bottle condition: no cracks, breakage, or leakage; cork or screw cap is secure • Expiry date: check the production date and best-before date on the label or bottle bottom • Label condition: label not torn, damp, faded, or showing any suspicious signs
If you find an issue during inspection: • Refuse to sign for the order immediately and ask the delivery person to note the condition • Take photos and video as on-site evidence • Call hotline 033.890.9973 or message Zalo immediately to report the issue • Viora Wine will arrange a replacement or refund within 24–48 business hours Note: Issues must be reported at the time of delivery. Viora Wine will not resolve packaging-related complaints after the order has been signed for.
