Viora Wine delivers nationwide across all 63 provinces and cities: • Da Nang city: same-day delivery or flexible time slots • Other provinces: delivered via trusted carriers (GHN, GHTK, J&T Express) • Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 days depending on carrier conditions
Estimated delivery time after order confirmation: • Da Nang city: 2–4 hours (during business hours 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM) • Central Vietnam (Hue, Hoi An, Quang Nam): 1–2 business days • Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City: 2–3 business days • Other provinces: 3–5 business days Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders after 3:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery location and order weight: • Da Nang city: free shipping on orders from 500,000 VND • Other provinces: 30,000 – 80,000 VND depending on region and weight • Orders over 2,000,000 VND: free nationwide shipping • Express delivery (Da Nang city): 50,000 – 80,000 VND per trip
Viora Wine takes special care in packaging to protect your products: • Bottles are wrapped in PE foam and placed in dedicated cardboard boxes • Gift orders are packed in wooden boxes or premium paper bags as requested • Security seals are applied to ensure product integrity • Multi-bottle orders are separated by individual cardboard dividers
