Viora Wine accepts returns in the following cases: • Products broken, leaking, or damaged during shipping • Wrong product delivered compared to the placed order (wrong name, volume, or vintage) • Expired products or products close to expiry (less than 3 months remaining) • Products showing signs of counterfeiting or abnormal labeling
Viora Wine does NOT accept returns in the following cases: • Products that have been opened or partially consumed • The 24-hour reporting window has passed without valid evidence • Customer dislikes the taste or aroma (this is a natural characteristic of wine) • Products damaged due to improper storage after receipt • Products purchased as part of a special combo/promotion clearly marked as non-returnable

Return processing timeline: • Request acknowledgment: within 2 business hours of submission • Replacement delivery (Da Nang city): same day or within 24 hours • Replacement delivery (other provinces): 2–5 business days • Refund (bank transfer): 1–3 business days after return confirmation • Refund (cash): arrange in-person or as agreed
• Viora Wine's fault (wrong product, shipping damage): Viora Wine covers all return shipping costs • Customer's fault (wrong product ordered): customer covers return shipping costs • Refund cases: 100% product value refunded, no handling fee
